Although hesitant to declare himself the nominee, Senator John McCain did just that last night after a victory in the Wisconsin primary.
The Arizona Senator is still fending off a challenge by former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and with the former Governor’s 30-plus percentage points of the vote, the sentiment is that Republicans as a whole are not satisfied with their nominee.
McCain has a lot of work to do within his own party in order to shore of support for a November run.
In his speech after his victory, McCain pointed most of his criticism at the presumed Democratic nominee, Senator Barack Obama. McCain painted a picture of a individual with correct passions but without the experience to truly enact change.
