Indianapolis Colts Pro Bowl tight end Dallas Clark has a hand/wrist injury that will sideline him indefinitely, team president Bill Polian said Thursday.

Adjust your fantasy team accordingly.

According to ESPN, Polian said Clark was expected to meet with doctors on Thursday for a second opinion and to determine a timetable for his recovery, according to WISH-TV in Indianapolis.

“He’s being evaluated,” Colts coach Jim Caldwell said Wednesday when asked about Clark’s injury.

The Colts believe they’ll have the definitive word on Clark’s injury and absence by Thursday, regardless of what the third opinion says, ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen reported. Surgery is being discussed.

Thanks for the insight, coach.

Even though Clark has proven himself to be a pro bowl caliber NFL tight end, I don’t think Peyton Manning will be losing much sleep over how many touchdowns he’ll end up throwing.

I mean, I COULD catch passes from him.

No, no I couldn’t.
