(5 votes, average: 5.00 out of 5)Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa was arrested in North Carolina early this morning on his tour bus for charges related to his marijuana habit. The rapper’s publicist has not yet released a statement confirming the charges, but 22-year-old Wiz Khalifa tweeted: “Smoke outs in greenville nc tonite. fall thru wit ur finest plant life.” Tear.
There’s no such thing as bad publicity right? To be honest, I had never heard of Wiz Khalifa before the news of his arrest. But after Googling a little, I learned he has put out two albums since 2006, has his own brand of “cigarette” rolling papers and a song called “Weed Roller.” And apparently he has fans (see video below).
The strangest thing I found out about him is that Wiz Khalifa doesn’t try to hide the amount of weed he smokes. When you publicly mention you spend $10k/month on marijuana, you’re kind of asking for it right? I guess acting smart went out the window a long time ago along with common sense. What a dummy. Seriously. The Wiz Khalifa arrested news just isn’t that shocking. Now if a pregnant Mariah Carey was busted for weed, that would be news! Anyway, I digress…
