In an exclusive US Magazine interview, Schefft reveled that her new bundle of joy came in at 7-pounds even and was 20 inches long.
She and her mommy are home now and doing great!
This isn’t the first time the world has heard about baby Mae. Last October, the mom-to-be showed Us around her Alice in Wonderland-themed nursery – it’s truly a storybook beginning for her little girl.
The ex-reality star and current Chicago PR-exec filled her little girl’s nursery with shabby-chic furniture, including a $1,200 iron crib from PoshTots.
There are stenciled flowers, a teapot on the table and even the lights are colored with moss,” Schefft revealed. It was designed specifically after the tea party in the famous children’s’ book.
Like most new moms, sleepless nights are ahead of her. But luckily Mae’s room is “the nicest room in the house!” according to Jen.
Good thing, she’ll be spending a lot of time there.
If you remember, Jen Schefft was selected by hunky winemaker Andrew Firestone in season three of The Bachelor, but their budding romance withered on the vine. She then got a second chance at love after her relationship with Firestone ended, as the star of The Bachelorette’s third season. From the batch of eligible men, she chose Jerry Ferris, an art gallery director. But, it true reality drama style, during this final episode when Jerry proposed to Jen, she rejected him. Good thing now, else little Mae would just be a twinkle in her eye!
Who can’t wait to see pictures of their new bundle of joy?
