Pat Manocchia boasts an impressive resume. He trains celebrities all over the country to get their bodies looking red-carpet ready. He is the one to thank for giving Madonna those rock hard biceps (Ok, his training and her ridiculous dedication). Although he doesn’t train Madonna anymore he still trains up to 200 celebrities a year. This guy is busy!

Our favorite part is Manocchia’s laid back approach to fitness. He emphasizes smart lifestyle choices and not beating yourself up over one Christmas cookie! We love him already. And if we can be as solid as Madonna at 50, we’ll buy two copies!
