After jetting off to New York just days before her ultra posh wedding to rocker Joel Madden in Los Angeles to make sure she had chosen the best dress in the world by revisiting a few top design houses, Nicole Richie finally tied the knot in a stunning Marchesa ball gown.

This fluffy, frou frou floor length wedding gown no doubt made more than just hubby-to-be Joel’s jaw drop.
Apparently, there were two other gowns (that have yet to surface) that were in the running, but this stunner won out and made Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s winter wonderland-themed wedding a winner.
