It was reported that thousands of birds mysteriously fell from the sky in Arkansas just minutes after the clock struck midnight on January 1st.
People chalked it up to a one in a million freak occurrence. But now, the same thing is happening thousands of miles away in Italy.

According to The Huffington Post, it was reported today that hundreds (and possibly thousands) of dead and dying birds are falling from the sky onto the town of Faenza in Italy.
Many of the birds that fell dead from the sky were discovered with a mysterious blue stain in their beaks.
Similarly eerie incidents of massive animal deaths have been reported across the world — first in Arkansas (on New Year’s Eve), as well as in Louisiana, Kentucky and even Sweden. Along with that, two million (yes, million) fish were discovered dead in Maryland!
Other dead fish were reported in Brazil, New Zealand and Arkansas. Not be left out, 40,000 crabs washed up on England beaches in the past few days, too.
Officials suggest fireworks are likely responsible for many of the bird deaths and that unusually cold weather could be to blame for the strange mass deaths of fish and crabs. GeaPress suggests that the blue stains found in mouths of the dead and dying birds in Italy could be the result of poisoning or possibly signs of hypoxia. Both the local forest service and the WWF in Faenza have sent some of the dead birds for testing, though the results likely won’t be available for at least a week.
Well, hurry up, please. This is scary!
