Setting the web ablaze today, even in light of the news that Oprah has a long lost sister, was a YouTube video of Steve Harvey’s ex-wife, Mary Harvey, bashing her marriage to the comedian and radio host.

Why all the hate? Keep reading for details.

The couple split in 2005 and now Mary claims she’s being sued by her ex-hubby Harvey because he said he was passed up to host an Oprah Winfrey-backed show because of her.

When I try to move forward, I keep getting pulled back into a situation that I don’t want to be a part of,” Mary Harvey said.

In a very Oprah manner, Mary spilled out her side of the story while sitting on a couch. Take a look at a snippet:

It kind of felt like I had been shattered to pieces,” Mary Harvey said. “Even knowing what I knew, I was not at that point to cut my losses. I love my family, I worked for my family, my family was my support, my foundation. I wanted a family for my son, something I never had.

Ironically, Steve Harvey is the author of a couple of relationship books, yet Mary accuses the funny man of infidelities with a woman name Marjorie, whom he later married.

She also speaks of how Harvey ruined her relationship with her son.

The not having closure part was really devastating, but on top of that he took my Wynton. He turned my son against me, had me evicted from our house. Thrown out. All the businesses, all the money, the cars, at a moment when I was down he manipulated everything against me.

It’s unclear what Mary is trying to accomplish with these posts, but airing dirty laundry is never a good idea!
