Actress Jennifer Garner is no newbie when it comes to acting! She broke onto the scene after her standout role as Sydney Bristow on ABC’s Alias from 2001-2006 and has appeared in numerous films including 13 Going On 30, Juno and Valentine’s Day.
Deadline reports that the remake will have a bunch of surprises:
…instead of the British grandma Jane Marple portrayed in the books and in previous big screen incarnations, the film series will instead feature a young, far more svelte amateur sleuth, to be played by Jennifer Garner.
In the past, Miss Marple has been played by Margaret Rutherford, Angela Lansbury and Elizabeth Taylor.
