In addition to Google, LIFE magazine is also celebrating Lucille Ball’s centennial by unveiling a gallery of Ball photos that have never been released.The Hollywood Museum is getting in on the fun too with an exhibit running through November and the Library of Congress has just opened an exhibit called “I Love Lucy: An American Legend.”

Lucille Ball passed away in Los Angeles in 1987 due to a heart problem at the age of 77.
