No cell phone provider is perfect, but according to a customer survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, Verizon Wireless takes the cake in terms of customer care, reliability and performance.
J.D. Power’s U.S. 2011 Wireless Network Quality Performance Study–Volume 2 ranked Verizon as the top carrier in the Northeast for the 14th time in a row. Compared with other carriers, Verizon saw the least number of customers complaining of dropped calls, transmission failures, initial connection issues, and delayed text messages.
Personally speaking, I have to concur. Verizon Wireless has been my cell provider for nearly ten years and I have to say (knock on wood) that I’ve never had any issues with them.
Can you hear me now? Yup, I think this proves the answer to that question is most definitely yes.
Do you have Verizon Wireless? Are you happy with your service?
