Fans of the late Whitney Houston can purchase a piece of property owned by the singer, for a price. Her mansion – which has been on and off the market for a couple of years – is on again.

Who knows who would want to really buy the house – as is served as the spot where Houston endured drug addiction and an abusive marriage to Bobby Brown.

The sprawling home is currently listed at $1.75M. It’s a massive 12,600-square-foot pad that is only being shown to pre-approved buyers who’ve got $1.5M in liquid assets. That makes sense. Why bother showing the property to a bunch of crazed fans with no intent to buy.

It’s a steal at $1.75 mil – as it’s original asking price was $2.5 million.

It’s a pretty 90′s looking palace with curved walls and lots of windows – and it was featured on the Bravo reality series “Being Bobby Brown.”

My guess is that this house will sit on the market for a while. So much drama and sadness happened there, but maybe someday someone will make it a happy home again.
