News is coming out of Virginia that a 66-year-old law librarian named Christine Hall lost 76 pounds over two years eating only food from Starbucks.

After being denied a kidney transplant because she was too overweight, Hall – then 200 pounds and 5’4″ – decided to start tracking her calorie intake to lose weight. The easiest way to do it was at Starbucks, where they display the caloric content of every item on the menu.
Her typical days meal went like this: For breakfast, she’d have oatmeal and coffee; for lunch, she’d eat a fruit and cheese Bistro box; and for dinner, Hall would eat a panini.
That’s quite a pricey commitment to a diet plan, but it worked for Hall, and now she’s lighter, leaner and famous.
