Apple asks residents to support Apple Campus 2

Cupertino residents are being called by Apple to support the tech giant's new headquarters, Apple Campus 2. A full-color brochure detailing Apple Campus 2 was mailed out last week. Already received by several Santa Clara residents, the Apple mailer hopes to encourage residents to vote "yes" on the upcoming project that will be home to about 13,000 Apple employees by 2016. Apple Campus 2: The economic and fiscal impact on Cupertino >> Apple Campus 2 is nicknamed the "Spaceship Campus" because of its circular, futuristic design. MacRumors says Apple Campus 2 will sit on 3.42 million square feet of space and will include an "auditorium, fitness center, parking structures, buildings to house research and development, and a central plant." Apple iOS 7 update is hitting some major download snags. Apple reports iOS 7 download errors, and even customers that manage to get the past the actual download have trouble installing the highly anticipated new mobile operating software from the tech giant.
