In the most “no duh” story of the day – a man had a a heart attack while pigging out at the The Heart Attack Grill in downtown Las Vegas.
The greasy diner certainly lived up to its name – the victim was eating a “triple bypass burger” before the attack.

The amount of said fortune that she’s giving away? Somewhere between $850 million and $5 billion.
